Terrible communication

Ordered 2 items from solar altruism they did not provide a tracking number till over a week later and only after I emailed them for one. When the package finally arrived today only 1 of 2 items was in the package and zero communication of another package was sent separately only an email asking if my item has arrived and has it changed my life... I'm far from pleased
