Do I have to pay for shipping?
Absolutely not! All shipping is free to the continental United States. If you are outside of the continental United States, contact us at sales@solaraltruism.com to ask about availability.
What if I have an issue with my system or need to return it?
No problem, all of our products have warranties specified on the product page and we have a hassle free 30-day return policy, so if you're having an issue, we'll get you sorted with a replacement product! You can find more on our shipping and returns page
Do I need to pay for everything up front?
Nope! At checkout select "Shop Pay" and you'll be presented with options of making payments over two months with no interest, or the option for longer term payments over the span of us to 12 months!
Does Solar Altruism install my purchased product?
While we don't install, we are happy to work with your selected contractor/electrician or help you to find one in your area!
How does my purchase with Solar Altruism benefit the global community?
