The output of these panels is more than expected, even under overcast which average around 18+ volts. I paited two in series to get 24 volts and added another pair in parallel. Output for a 24 volt system now reads 40 volts. I'm happy with them but two tries with customer service has shown the company to be absent any such thing.
Ordered 2 items from solar altruism they did not provide a tracking number till over a week later and only after I emailed them for one. When the package finally arrived today only 1 of 2 items was in the package and zero communication of another package was sent separately only an email asking if my item has arrived and has it changed my life... I'm far from pleased
